Shipping policy

We wanted to make shipping easy. So here it is, flat rate per order.

Standard shipping - £3.50.

Items are normally shipped within 3 days by Royal Mail 48hr or Courier for larger items. If you need your order sooner please just let us know.

We have a zero waste and plastic free attitude. The impact our business has on the enviroment is at the forefront of everything we do. So all our orders are shipped plastic free. We reuse all our supplier packaging + boxes by packing some of your lovely orders. It's whats inside that counts, right!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International - Standard shipping £15

Currently we only ship international to the USA and Canada

Import tax/customs charges  - You order may be subject to import or custom duties/taxes, which must be paid by (you) the recipient of the parcel. This charge would need to be paid once the parcel has reached its destination. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we advise you should contact the local customs office for further information.

PLEASE NOTE - International shipping can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Normally items do arrive within 2 weeks but due to items being held up at customs it is important to let the full four weeks to pass, allowing enough time for the parcel to arrive. If this time has passed and you still have not had your order please contact us.
