Refund policy
We offer a full refund if for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase or you have simply changed your mind. In order to arrange a refund please contact us first and please include your name, item/s purchased, order number and/or date of order on sales@thecornishstudio.co.uk
All returns for refund are subject to the following conditions.
+ Returns must be made within 21 days from purchase date.
+ The item/s must be complete and in 'as new' (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or product packaging) and full resalable condition
+ Items must not have been used and should be returned with the original box, packing, accessories or any free gifts you received with it
We reserve the right to refuse a refund should the above criteria not be met.
Items NOT eligible for returns
+ Custom orders. Any items that have been specially ordered or made to your individual specification cannot be returned.
+ Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
+ Any items not meeting the return requirement stated above.
Returning an item
The customer must bear the cost of returning the goods and this cost will not be refunded. If the return is due to a faulty item, reimbursement for the postage will be included in the refund.
All items purchased are your responsibility until we receive them. So we recommend that you use recorded/registered post to return your items. Thecornishstudio is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit and are not required to refund for undelivered items.
Refunds
Refunds are made in £ GBP. and will be refunded within 14 days according to whichever method of payment was originally used. Original postage costs (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
